I've noticed that only on this PC, my upload is only nearing 10 Mbps while my download is around Mbps. Now, this is where the problem lies. I am only getting 4Mbps "upload", "while "download" speed on my local network is Mbps. Another computer plugged into the same ethernet wire gets Mbps on both upload and download.
