I'm on the android app and for the past few days when I click the download button for a picture/video, nothing happens and the file doesn't get saved to my phone. it's not a known issue. mine works just fine. it may be your version of android or may have something to do with discord's permissions on your phone. but in the end, you could just screenshot and crop.
